SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Family Dairies USA is pleased to announce that it will award $500.00 scholarships to students who have met one of the following criteria:
- Completed one semester in an accredited college, university or technical college.
- Students accepted for either a farm short course or congressional internship.
- High School seniors who have a letter of acceptance to any of the aforementioned may also apply.
- Preference will be given to students involved in agriculture and related studies.
A committee of the Family Dairies USA Board of Directors, Staff and members will make the final scholarship award selections.
- Applicants will be judged on leadership, scholastic achievement (GPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale), extracurricular activities, and future goals.
- The applicant must be from a Family Dairies USA member family, either the son and/or daughter.
Extended family members will not be considered for this scholarship.
- Applicants not receiving scholarships may re-apply. Students receiving a scholarship may also re-apply in future years and will be allowed to be awarded this Scholarship up to a total of four times.

A completed application form must include the following:
- The scholarship application form.
- A copy of your most current grades/transcript from High School, College or Tech School.
- A confirmation of acceptance to a College, University, Technical School, Short Course, or Congressional Internship.
- A letter of Recommendation.
- A head & shoulders photo (B/W or color) for publicity purposes.
